Return & Refund Policy

We apologize in advance for the mistake that might happen. We only accept return request if the item is damaged or wrong shipped within 7 days after receiving.

 

Please send an email to: [email protected] with the following information:

1. Your order ID,

2. Your full name and shipping address

3. A photo of the product(s)

4. A description of the damage/the product(s) originally ordered, whichever applicable.

 

Once we have approved your return request, please send your items to the our store.

 

We will proceed with the return procedure within 5 business days and replace you with a new item.
